you're the mirror of my soul

Isn’t the title of this post beautiful? Just flows off your tongue and means so much :)

Food for thought #3

Psychologists and psychiatrists who claim that they have a firm grasp of the human mind are inadvertently telling a lie. The human mind is too much of a complex thing to completely decipher. Also, the only way to extensively gain reliable data on the human mind is to culture new born babies from birth, and do experiments on them to test their reactions. Only by doing this can a scientist be completely sure that no other external factors are affecting the test subject’s mind. This is highly unethical, and will probably never be carried out. Ultimately, humans will never be able to completely understand everything. All that psychologists and psychiatrists can do is to study the general pattern of reactions in humans, and then deduce what may be going on. Nothing they do can be verified as totally accurate.

Also, when nurse joy in pokemon says ‘we hope to see you again’ after healing your pokemon, isn’t she being a little pessimistic? As a trainer, you should take offence to this, as she is hoping that your pokemon will need healing again. If she wants to be polite, then ‘we hope we never see you again’ is more appropriate in this case :D
