consequences of animal cruelty

bahahah me and samuel were talking about our recent bird hunt, which led to talking about the consequences of actually killing an animal LOL we were wondering if killing a bird was enough to get us suspended from school, or even expelled

Samuel says:
Australia, many states have enacted legislation outlawing cruelty to animals, however, it is argued that welfare laws do not adequately extend to production animals.[1] Whilst police maintain an overall jurisdiction in prosecution of criminal matters, in many states officers of the RSPCA and other animal welfare charities are accorded authority to investigate and prosecute animal cruelty offence
dude
you can get prosecuted
fck
rkim says:
ROFLROFL

all in all, we can get pretty screwed if we perform a kill in front of a teacher. otherwise, we're good :D we must be ubbeerrr sneaky though... since when has getting busted stopped us from doing anything? :D:D

now samuel is surfing through the RSPCA website :P
