FINALLY last day of w/e. Arrived around quarter past 8, met kiran and debated whether to get my supervisor person a present from the gift shop. Concluded that gift shop was way overpriced, and I didn’t need to buy a present to get a good report.
Made some beds as usual. There was a woman who couldn’t move to the toilet, so her bowel was pulled around to her stomach region, and a bag placed over it so whenever she shat, it went in the bag. Had to watch people replacing that bag, and when the bag was removed, there was shat smell for a quarter mile radius. Not pleasant, so I bailed halfway through. When she was done, my nurse came out and laughed at me, while I frowned back. Then I had to bloody FEED her. She was half deaf, so trying to talk to her was a pain:
Richard: Would you like some toast?
Woman: What?
R: Toast. Would you like some?
W: What? Speak up
R: WOULD YOU LIKE SOME TOAST
W: Oh, yes please.
R: Would you like me to butter it?
W: What? You don’t know how to butter toast? *turns to nurse* This boy doesn’t even know how to butter toast!
No progress whatsoever. Ended up shoving a quarter of toast in her hand and putting the tea within her reach, and ran away. At least my nurse seemed to be sympathetic.
As if that wasn’t enough. You all know I hate watching sponge baths. Well, I didn’t have to watch one today. I had to DO ONE.

Nurse helped me, but still the shat smell from before was lingering, and I think I breathed around 5 times in the entire bathing. When I came out, I was panting and my face was as pink as my shirt.
Met up with Adrian after a hard morning. Afterwards pretty bludge, so we just sat around talking and stuff. Adrian pointed out this girl who apparently had super sexy legs, but I don’t know that kind of stuff so took his word for it :P
Went to lunch, and successfully gave Dominik a cup of tea with 2 packets of salt it in HAHAHAHAHA. Then we played a game where the loser had to eat a packet of salt. Poor Vaish, lost 4 times. Bonita 2 times and I ate the last packet :D Funfun. Ran out of salt so we changed it to loser gets slapped, but I thought I may kill someone this time so didn’t play.
After lunch, ME AND ADRIAN (that’s right yun I will not change my writing one bit hahaha this is bothering you) saw a doctor called DR. ASIF. Ahahaha asif
Went to get evaluation form completed. Got a PERFECT EVALUATION *victory dance* and didn’t even need to get the person a present. Then more boredom. Sat around in cafeteria after this, then went up to do our evaluation and get certificates.
Mmm. That ends my work experience for the week.
Its funny how people think sometimes they can catch old age after being around geezers for a long time. I was around old people for an entire week... but I still haven’t matured one bit :D
