When you think happiness, I hope you think of me

Got up late at 8 today and found that dad wasn’t driving me (wtf) so had to catch bus and train to westmead. FIRST TIME CATCHING PUBLIC TRANSPORT BY MYSELF *VICTORY DANCE*

Arrived an hour late =/ Changed wards AGAIN today, and got put with a nurse who barred me the entire day. So, stayed mostly in adrian’s ward, which was joined to mine. Watched him play monopoly on his phone, do his tuition homework and steal ice from the icemaker o.O Later a super anal bitch woman came and told me to go back to my ward, so bailed.

As shown above, not an interesting day AT ALL. Lunchtime, tried to give Victoria tea with pepper in it, but Tahsin and I started cracking up so we gave it away. NTS stir in salt and pepper WELL and make sure it dissolves before offering. Tomorrow’s target/s shall be Ben, Bonita or Dominik. Hehehe

After lunch me Adrian Kiran went to leanne’s ward coz they were selling coke cans for 1dollar. The nice woman in charge gave it to us for free coz we were from James Ruse :D:D Bathing in the rays of our triumph, we went back to our wards, but my coke tasted kind of old, and I didn’t want it so I chucked it. Saw a grandpa in a wheelchair which said ‘quickie’ on the back. Tried very very hard to stifle laughter, but failed L and my nurse gave me a weird look.

Actually made some conversation with a patient today. His name was Mr Heinz (as in the Big and Chunky) He wanted to go to an ATM, so I was going to get the money for him, but realised that me taking his card with his pin code wouldn’t be such a good idea. In the end, he went by himself

Rest of day was very boring. Me and Adrian met up after, and ate cookies that he took from a patient’s table (tsk tsk) The afternoon tea trolley was going around, and we were debating how to take a juice from the trolley. I think we were too loud coz the trolley woman promptly wheeled away.

Will end today with a very nostalgic song.

Those were the days, my friend

We thought they’d never end

We’d sing and dance, forever and again

We’d live the life we choose, We’d fight and never lose

Those were the days, oh yes, those were the days...

Maybe one day when we are old and wrinkly, we’ll sit in our wheelchairs and remember these lyrics.
